Smart Air Defense Featured in ACHR News

Otis Elementary Now Meets ASHRAE 241Honored to be featured in ACHR News for our work at James Otis Elementary School in Boston Public Schools—now the first school in the U.S. to meet and exceed ASHRAE 241.

What makes this even more meaningful is that the school initially lacked mechanical ventilation. With the right strategy and commitment, meaningful IAQ improvements are absolutely achievable. It can be done.

Grateful to William Bahnfleth for his guidance and confidence in our approach, which helped turn a challenging starting point into a powerful success story.

With regards to funding these projects, the article also touches on the fact that Energy Savings as a Service (ESaaS) is not only a viable but a sustainable alternative funding model, and we are excited to be leading the charge to bring ESaaS to NY, CA, LA, MD, MA, VT, PA, and RI (to start!)

Stay tuned and follow me because we have some exciting times ahead.

If you are a school district leader, you are going to want to learn more about ESaaS. DM me!
